Rib Roasts & WHole Filet Mignon Roast

FOR ALL RIB ROASTS: Pre-heat oven to 500 F.

**All cooking instructions are for cooking rib roasts MEDIUM RARE. **

Two Ribs of Beef:

  • 25 minutes at 500 F followed by
  • 115 minutes at 325 F

Three Ribs of Beef:

  • 25 minutes at 500 F followed by
  • 115 minutes at 325 F

Four Ribs of Beef:

  • 25 minutes at 500 F followed by
  • 120 minutes at 325 F

Five Ribs of Beef:

  • 25 minutes at 500 F followed by
  • 125 minutes at 325 F

Whole (7) Ribs of Beef:

  • 25 minutes at 500 F followed by
  • 125 minutes at 325 F

NOTE: Internal temperature for all roast beef for medium rare is 130 F. For RARE roast beef, lessen cooking time 10-15 minutes: 5-10 minutes longer for MEDIUM.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.

DIRECTIONS FOR WHOLE FILET MIGNON ROAST

  1. Filet should be left at room temperature.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  4. 45 minutes at 400 F for rare to MEDIUM RARE.
  5. 5-10 minutes longer for MEDIUM.

Season all items to your taste prior to cooking. ENJOY.
