STUFFED PORK CHOPS

  • 1 to 1 hr 15 min at 350 F
  • Inside temperature should be 160 F

SEASONED PORK ROAST

  • 2 to 2 ½ hrs at 350 F
  • Inside temperature should be 160 F

FRESH HAM

  • Fresh Ham should be left at room temperature.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • For One-Half of a Ham: total cooking time is 3.5 – 4 hrs at 350 F
  • For a Whole Fresh Ham: total cooking time is 5 – 5.5 hrs at 350 F
  • Cover ham with aluminum foil, take cover off for last hour of cooking time.

CROWN ROAST OF PORK:

  • Remove stuffing from inside of crown roast.
  • Season stuffing according to taste and brown separately.
  • Roast crown roast of pork for 2 ½ hours at 325 F. (Bones facing down).
  • Insert cooked stuffing into crown roast of pork and serve.

Season all items to your taste prior to cooking. ENJOY.
