STUFFED PORK CHOPS
- 1 to 1 hr 15 min at 350 F
- Inside temperature should be 160 F
SEASONED PORK ROAST
- 2 to 2 ½ hrs at 350 F
- Inside temperature should be 160 F
FRESH HAM
- Fresh Ham should be left at room temperature.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- For One-Half of a Ham: total cooking time is 3.5 – 4 hrs at 350 F
- For a Whole Fresh Ham: total cooking time is 5 – 5.5 hrs at 350 F
- Cover ham with aluminum foil, take cover off for last hour of cooking time.
CROWN ROAST OF PORK:
- Remove stuffing from inside of crown roast.
- Season stuffing according to taste and brown separately.
- Roast crown roast of pork for 2 ½ hours at 325 F. (Bones facing down).
- Insert cooked stuffing into crown roast of pork and serve.
